De voormalige katholieke parochiekerk St. Antonius is een monumentaal, tegenwoordig geprofaneerd kerkgebouw in Amern, een wijk van Schwalmtal in de Kreis Viersen.
De driebeukige pseudobasiliek werd in 1491 gebouwd met een koor van één travee en een 5/8 sluiting. Het kruisribgewelf rust op ronde pijlers. Volgens plannen van Lambert von Fisenne werd de kerk in 1897 uitgebreid met twee westelijke travees die zijn aangepast aan de gotische travees. Aan de zijbeuken werden rechthoekige koren toegevoegd en een sacristie werd aangebouwd. Het buitenmetselwerk in baksteen met zandstenen maaswerkdetails is grotendeels herzien.
