Schloss Lipsa is een monumentale kasteelcomplex in het dorp Lipsa. Het bevindt zich in het zuiden van de zuid-brandenburgse Landkreis Oberspreewald-Lausitz.
Schloss Lipsa werd voor het eerst genoemd in het jaar 1680. Wolf Heinrich von Baudissin liet het kasteel in zijn huidige vorm bouwen van 1718 tot 1720 en hield vrijmetselaarsconventies. Al in 1726 was het kasteel in bezit van barones Theodora Eugenia von Löwendahl, geb. Freiin von Schmettau, die hier tot 1768 woonde. Na de graven van Redern nam in 1831 graaf Ernst von Gersdorff het kasteel over, wiens familie al tot 1671 in bezit was van goed Lipsa. In 1864 nam Ernst Christian August von Gersdorff de heerschappij over het Lipsaer goed op zich. Hij verkocht het goed Lipsa en de goederen in Jannowitz en Hermsdorf in 1890/1891 aan luitenant Carl August Tölke. In 1904 werd Dr. Walter Neumann, in 1913 de Pruisische regeringsraad Paul von Schumann eigenaar. Laatstgenoemde liet in 1914 een neubarokke vleugel aanbouwen, waarmee de T-vormige plattegrond en het huidige uiterlijk ontstonden. De laatste private eigenaar van Lipsa was van 1942 tot 1945 Carl Maria von Eversfelde, vrijheer van Beversfoerde.
