Het Technologie- en Ondernemerscentrum Freital is een gebouw aan de Dresdner Straße 172, hoek Bahnhofstraße, in de Freitaler wijk Döhlen, dat zowel een technologiepark als een ondernemerscentrum vertegenwoordigt. Het was het eerste van dit type in Saksen. Het park is bedoeld om starters een ruimte te bieden voor het oprichten en runnen van hun onderneming. Het gebouw biedt zowel kantoorruimtes als hallen, bijvoorbeeld voor productie of ontwikkeling.
Het complex is ontworpen door Eberhard Pfau. De bouwkosten bedroegen ongeveer 24 miljoen euro, waarvan ongeveer 3 miljoen euro door de stad zelf is besteed. Het is onderverdeeld in het ondernemerscentrum met een oppervlakte van 10.000 m² en het 22.000 m² grote technologiepark aan de Lutherstraße in Neudöhlen.
