De Silzwiesen van Darmstadt-Arheilgen zijn een natuurreservaat aan de noordrand van de gemeente Darmstadt.
Het NSG maakt deel uit van het "Messeler Heuvelgebied" en is ongeveer 65,64 ha groot.
De Silzwiesen van Darmstadt-Arheilgen zijn onder natuurbehoud gesteld om de ontwikkeling en bevordering van de gemengde bosbestanden, van de afwisselend vochtige tot natte bosweiden, van de moerasgebieden en van de natuurlijk ontwikkelde wateren veilig te stellen.
Op het terrein bevinden zich talrijke zeldzame en in hun voortbestaan bedreigde planten- en diersoorten.
