San Esteban de Castellnou de Montsec is de parochiekerk, romaan, van het dorp Castellnou de Montsec, in de gemeente San Esteban de la Sarga, in het Pallars Jussá, provincie Lerida. Het werd gebouwd in de 11e eeuw, maar werd later volledig gewijzigd.
Het is gelegen op het hogere niveau van het dorp, naast het kasteel-paleis van de baronnen van Castellnou de Montsec, maar ligt buiten het ommuurde dorpsgebied, aangezien dit wordt gesloten door het kasteel-paleis.
