De kathedraal van San Pedro de Jaca of Seo van San Pedro de Jaca, hoofd van het bisdom Jaca, is een van de meest kenmerkende en oudste romaanse bouwwerken in Spanje. De bouw begon vrijwel gelijktijdig met die van Santiago de Compostela in het laatste kwart van de 11e eeuw op initiatief van koning Sancho Ramírez, die, ter gelegenheid van zijn reis naar Rome in 1068, zijn rijk onder de vazallenschapsband van de paus, die op dat moment Alexander II was, had geplaatst. Om deze reden verleende de pontifex hem de bisschopszetel van Jaca, als religieus en politiek hoofd van zijn opkomende koninkrijk.
