Het huis Briet, gelegen aan de Calle Sant Josep nummer 24 in Alcoi, Valencia, is een residentieel gebouw in de Valencian modernistische stijl dat in 1910 werd gebouwd, ontworpen door de architect Timoteo Briet Montaud.
Het gebouw is een werk van de architect Timoteo Briet Montaud uit Cocentaina in 1910, dat werd gebouwd om zijn eigen gezinswoning onder te brengen. Van bescheiden afmetingen, bestaat het uit een begane grond en drie verdiepingen. Het gebruik van steen, de bloemmotieven en de ornamenten van de Sezession-architectuur vallen op.
