Audrey kweekt medicinale en aromatische planten, eetbare bloemen en een paar groenten in de bergen op een hoogte van bijna 800 meter. Haar producten zijn 100% natuurlijk en de producten die gebruikt worden om sommige van haar producten te maken zijn allemaal biologisch (suiker, zouten, kruiden, enz.)
De in het wild verzamelde planten worden geoogst volgens de goede oogstpraktijken, waarbij slechts een klein deel wordt gebruikt en in een biotoop die vrij is van vervuiling. Le champs des fées doet er alles aan om je producten van de hoogste kwaliteit aan te bieden, die met de hand worden gekweekt en geoogst.
