Lismore Castle is een kasteel gelegen in de stad Lismore, County Waterford in de Republiek Ierland. Het behoorde toe aan de graven van Desmond en vervolgens aan de familie Cavendish vanaf 1753. Het is momenteel de Ierse residentie van de hertog van Devonshire. Het werd grotendeels herbouwd in de Gotische stijl tijdens het midden van de negentiende eeuw voor de 6de hertog van Devonshire.
