Het Hospice Saint-Jean was een hospice in de Münstergasse in het district Grund in de stad Luxemburg. Alleen stadsburgers werden toegelaten.
De oorsprongen gaan terug tot het jaar 1308. In dat jaar besloten graaf Hendrik VII en zijn vrouw Margarete van Brabant om in Grund een hospice voor zieke en arme burgers te stichten. Bovendien werd er een gelijknamige kerk gebouwd, de kerk van Saint-Jean. Door Balduin van Luxemburg, de broer van Hendrik VII, keurvorst en bisschop van Trier, kreeg de kerk de status van parochiekerk met alle privileges.
