Booitshoeke er en polderlandsby i den belgiske provins Vestflandern. Det har siden 1971 været en delkommune i byen Veurne. Den affolkede landbrugslandsby havde i 2018 kun 75 indbyggere.
Booitshoeke var en sogn i 1190, efter at det tidligere havde tilhørt Wulpen. En gammel omtale af stednavnet går tilbage til 1239, som 'Boidenkinshoucke'. Indtil 1566 tilhørte det bispedømmet Terwaan, derefter bispedømmet Ieper. Landsbyen blev plyndret af den spanske hær i 1659.
