Ath er en francofon by i Belgien beliggende i den wallonske region, hovedstad i et arrondissement i Hainaut-provinsen. Den er sæde for en fredsdomstol. I 2014 var befolkningen i Ath 28.523 indbyggere. Sammen med Lille og byerne i det tidligere kulområde Nord-Pas-de-Calais indgår den også i et metropolitansk område med næsten 3,8 millioner indbyggere, kaldet "metropolitanski område i Lille".
