Gelmel Slot eller Hoogstraten Slot er en slotbygning i den belgiske by Hoogstraten, der fungerer som et penitentiært skolecenter. Ifølge legenderne opførte nordmanden Gelmel i det 9. århundrede et træslotstårn med en grav rundt om. Omkring det 12. århundrede bliver dette trætårn ombygget til et stenslot. Jan IV af Cuijk ombyggede slottet i gotisk stil i første halvdel af det 15. århundrede. Efter arv kommer slottet og jorden i Hoogstraten i hænderne på familierne Van Culemborg og Van Lalaing.
