Bygningen af Federal Court ligger i Lausanne i kantonen Vaud. Det er hovedsædet for den føderale domstol og betragtes som en kulturarv af national betydning i kantonen Vaud.
Da pladsforholdene på den nuværende beliggenhed af retten, i Palais de Justice, blev trange, besluttede forbundet at opføre en ny og større domstolsbygning. Derfor blev der i 1913 udskrevet en arkitektkonkurrence. Denne blev vundet af arkitekterne Louis-Ernest Prince og Jean Béguin. Under deres vejledning blev bygningen opført fra 1922 til 1927. De to arkitekter fik støtte fra Jacques Béguin, Jeans søn, samt den føderale repræsentant Alphonse Laverrière.
