Kohren-Sahlis er en bydel af byen Frohburg i det sydlige Leipzig-distrikt i Sachsen. Det var indtil 31. december 2017 en selvstændig by, som især blev kendt for keramikarbejdet. Det danner centrum for Kohrener Land.
Kohren-Sahlis ligger cirka midt imellem Leipzig og Chemnitz. Det grænser mod nord til Frohburg, mod nordøst og øst til byen Geithain og mod syd til byen Penig i distriktet Mittelsachsen. Mod vest grænser Kohren-Sahlis til de thüringske kommuner Langenleuba-Niederhain og Windischleuba. Den lille flod Wyhra samt de tre sagnomspundne bække Mus, Rotte og Kat flyder gennem Kohren-Sahlis.
