Neukirch/Lausitz er en by og den tilhørende kommune i det sydøstlige Sachsen. Det tilhører Landkreis Bautzen og ligger indlejret mellem to bjergkæder i Oberlausitzer Berglandene ved foden af den righoldigt skovklædte 587 m høje Valtenberg.
Valtenberg er Neukirchs modersløjfe. Her udspringer Wesenitz, som flyder gennem Neukirch. Større byer i omegnen er Bautzen og Bischofswerda.
Nabo kommuner er Doberschau-Gaußig, Wilthen og Steinigtwolmsdorf med bydelene Ringenhain og Weifa i Landkreis Bautzen, Neustadt i Sachsen i Landkreis Sächsische Schweiz-Osterzgebirge samt Schmölln-Putzkau i Landkreis Bautzen.
