Tuchfabrik Aachen AG var en af de større tekstilvirksomheder i Aachen. Den blev grundlagt i 1859 af virksomhederne Alfred Ritz og Conrad Vogel i Aachen først under navnet „Ritz & Vogel“ og blev i 1873 overført til et nybygget fabriksanlæg efter planer af Otto Intze på Charlottenstraße ved bredden af Beverbach i Frankenberger kvarteret, som på det tidspunkt stadig tilhørte nabobyen Burtscheid. I 1887 blev komplekset overtaget af fabrikanterne Siegmund Sternau og Albert Süskind, som bragte deres i 1870'erne grundlagte tøjfabrik „Süskind & Sternau“ ind i det nye samlede selskab, der i 1897 blev omdøbt til „Tuchfabrik Aachen AG“.
