Rammsfehn er en bydel i Wiesmoor i Aurich Kommune i Ostfriesland. Det er den næstnyeste bydel i Wiesmoor og blev anlagt i 1930'erne på begge sider af Oldenburger Straße. Bydelen er opkaldt efter Eberhard Ramm, statssekretær i det preussiske landbrugsministerium. Kolonibydelen blev anlagt for arbejderne ved tørvkraftværket af Nordwestdeutschen Kraftwerke. Indtil Anden Verdenskrig bestod Rammsfehn af 13 dobbelthuse og otte enfamiliehuse, men voksede efter krigen med tilflytningen af fordrevne.
