Kapel i 't Zand er en sognekirke og pilgrimsted i den navngivne bydel i Roermond. Kapellet er opført i overvejende neogotisk stil efter et design af arkitekt Johannes Kayser. Det fungerede længe som klosterkirke for det nærliggende Redemptoristkloster. I 1418 gav bystyret i Roermond ordren til opførelsen af en enkel, til Maria viet, kvarterskapel 'buyten Zwartbruecker porten aen den Zande'. I denne kapel fandtes en Mariastatue – første gang nævnt i 1578 – som blev kendt for bønnehøringer. Gennem tiden opstod legenden om Vor Frue i 't Zand omkring dette nådeikon. Bønnehøringerne gør, at kapellet den dag i dag er et kendt pilgrimsted.
