Dieses Wohnhaus ist ein sehr elegantes Exemplar. Der Architekt ist ein Brüsseler, Symons. Das Haus wurde 1921 nach einem älteren Entwurf erbaut. Auch wenn es einige Anspielungen auf den Cottagestil gibt, können wir hier unmöglich von einem reinen Cottage sprechen.
'La Josette', wie das Gebäude heißt, hat mehr zu bieten als das. So verweisen die Rahmen von Türen und Fenstern, die ovalen Fensterchen im ersten Stock und die Gestaltung des Pseudogesims der Erker auf die Jugendstil-Ära.
Seit 2001 steht dieses Bürgerhaus auf der Liste der geschützten Denkmäler.
