Haan-Gruiten nach Wülfrath-Düssel

Sensationell schnell wandert man hinter dem Etappenstart am S-Bahnhof Gruiten ins Düsseltal bis zum idyllischen Fachwerk-Ort Gruiten-Dorf. Weiter geht es durch das Naturschutzgebiet Grube 7, einer ehemaligen Kalksteingrube bis in den Osterholzer Wald. Von dort über die hügeligen Höhen wieder auf schmalen Pfaden ins Düsseltal bis nach Schöller, den Ort mit dem Schinderhannesturm.

Dann geht es über Felder und Wiesen bis nach Düssel (so heißt der Ort, nicht nur der Fluss). Düssel ist ein Juwel des Bergischen Landes, mit Wasserschloss und schönen Einkehrmöglichkeiten. Dort endet eine abwechslungsreiche und wunderschöne Berg- und Tal-Etappe.
