Das Rathaus befindet sich an der Plaza de la Constitución , im Volksmund "El Paseíllo" genannt.
Es wurde 1952 auf dem Gelände des ehemaligen Klosters Santa Clara erbaut, von dem mehrere große Leinwände im Hauptteil des Gebäudes erhalten geblieben sind.
Auf dem Platz können Sie dank der Gärten und des zentralen Brunnens die schöne Aussicht genießen.
