Der Wasserturm von Rimburg wurde in den Jahren 1925-1926 von der ehemaligen Zeche "Laura en Vereniging" in Eygelshoven nach einem Entwurf des Baubüros dieser Firma erbaut.
Der Wasserturm hat eine Höhe von 35,70 Metern und ein Wasserreservoir von 200 m³. Der Turm und der Reinwasserkeller haben den Status eines nationalen Denkmals.
