Dieser Brunnen befindet sich im Zentrum der Praça da República.
Dies ist ein typisch portugiesischer Brunnen , der im 18. Jahrhundert aus Granit erbaut wurde. Er verfügt über einen Sockel mit drei Stufen und einem sechseckigen Pylon, durch den das Wasser fällt. In der Mitte davon befindet sich eine Art Säule, mit zwei kleinen Löchern auf unterschiedlicher Höhe, in denen sich die Wasserleitungen befinden.
