La antigua finca de caballería Philippshof se encuentra en la ciudad de Putlitz, en la Prignitz, en el estado de Brandeburgo, y perteneció en su día a la familia noble de los Edlen Gans zu Putlitz. Fue fundada a finales del siglo XVI por Philipp Gans, noble señor de Putlitz. La finca lleva su nombre.
La mansión que aún existe fue construida en 1895 y estuvo en propiedad privada de los Putlitz hasta el final de la Segunda Guerra Mundial. En el marco de la reforma agraria, la propiedad fue expropiada y la mansión pasó a ser propiedad del pueblo en la RDA después de 1949. En 1995, el edificio fue renovado de manera integral por unos 290.000 euros. Hasta el verano de 2005, se utilizó como escuela primaria y luego quedó vacía. La mansión está protegida como monumento.
