Le Clos de la Fontaine Hugo es una de las últimas sidrerías de Thiérache. Ofrezco una visita guiada a la sidrería, seguida de una degustación de mis productos. Podrá degustar la sidra típica de Thiérache. El Pommel es un aperitivo dulce y afrutado y el Confit de Cidre le sorprenderá por sus sutiles aromas. Mis productos son los siguientes: Cidre de Thiérache, Pommel, Péti'pomme, zumo de manzana tradicional, Confit de cidre, vinagre de sidra y gelatina de manzana. La Folie Douce, aperitivo de frutos rojos de Thiérache. También hay una pequeña tienda donde se pueden comprar otros productos locales.
