Este molino clasificado monumento histórico es sin duda el más conocido del Quercy, al estar abierto al público desde hace mucho tiempo, pero sobre todo gracias al bello paisaje que lo rodea y a su bonita construcción fortificada. Su historia estrechamente vinculada a los monjes de la abadía cisterciense de Alix, se inició en el siglo XIII. Hay no menos de cuatro pares de muelas que puede producir 3 toneladas al día de harina. El Sr. Faure conduce las visitas y hace que funcione para todos los visitantes. Subraya todos los procedimientos establecidos por los monjes para impedir que los ladrones entraran y robaran la harina. Algunas maquetas facilitan la comprensión del funcionamiento.
