La península de Cooley es una península montañosa en el norte del condado de Louth, en la costa este de Irlanda; la península incluye la pequeña ciudad de Carlingford, el puerto de Greenore y el pueblo de Omeath.
La península contiene las montañas de Cooley, la más alta de las cuales, Slieve Foy, es también el pico más alto del condado de Louth con 589 metros. Al norte se encuentra Carlingford Lough y la frontera con Irlanda del Norte; al sur está la bahía de Dundalk. La península está rodeada por la carretera regional R173.
