Loo es una aldea neerlandesa en los Liemers de Gelderland, cerca de Duiven y Zevenaar, al este de Arnhem. Loo pertenece al municipio de Duiven y tiene 1.135 habitantes. El nombre original del pueblo era Angeroyen, nombrado por las áreas que pertenecían a Angeren, en el lado de Betuwe del Rin. Tras un desvío del río en la Edad Media, estas áreas se encontraron en el lado de Liemers. Así, el pueblo de Angeroyen se situó en los Liemers. Consistía en un área de desecación entre Westervoort y Groessen, rodeada por un viejo meandro del Rin: la Leijgraaf. El vínculo con el pueblo de Angeren se evidencia en el nombre, una Ooy es otra palabra para un área de inundación.
