Le tunnel de Milseburg est un tunnel ferroviaire de l'ancienne ligne de chemin de fer Götzenhof–Wüstensachsen près du mont Milseburg dans la partie hessoise de la Rhön. Le tunnel de 1173 mètres de long fait aujourd'hui partie de la ligne ferroviaire transformée en sentier de randonnée Milseburgradweg.
Le tunnel de Milseburg se trouve dans le district de Fulda et passe sous le versant nord de la hauteur d'Oberbernhards, un éperon nord du mont Milseburg situé à environ 1,5 kilomètre au sud du tunnel. Dans le parc naturel de la Rhön hessoise, il se situe dans la réserve de biosphère de la Rhön au sommet de l'ancienne ligne de train de Fulda à Hilders ou Tann.
