L'itinéraire de la Méditerranée à Vélo est la partie française du parcours de l'EuroVelo 8. En France, elle relie l'Espagne à l'Italie, les Pyrénées aux Alpes. Le premier tronçon emprunte la voie "Pirinexus", un itinéraire pyrénéen catalan, rejoignant ainsi la partie sud de la véloroute méditerranéenne. Ensuite, on alterne entre montagnes, bords de mer, lacs et canaux, découvrant en même temps un riche patrimoine historique.
