Le Sheepwash Channel relie la rivière Thames à l'ouest et le Castle Mill Stream à côté du canal d'Oxford à l'est, dans l'ouest d'Oxford, en Angleterre. Au nord se trouvent Cripley Meadow et Fiddler's Island. Au sud se trouvent Osney Island et Botley Road.
La Cherwell Valley Line et la Cotswold Line traversent le canal juste au nord de la gare ferroviaire d'Oxford sur le pont ferroviaire Sheepwash Channel. Juste à l'est, il y a le pont à bascule de Rewley Road, un pont à bascule pour l'ancienne ligne de chemin de fer de Buckinghamshire du London and North Western Railway, qui desservait autrefois la gare ferroviaire de Rewley Road à Oxford, qui se trouvait sur le site de la Saïd Business School. Le pont de Rewley Road traverse également le Sheepwash Channel.
