Shanks Restaurant était un restaurant situé à Bangor, en Irlande du Nord. Le restaurant de qualité a pu se vanter d'une étoile Michelin de 1996 à 2005.
Le restaurant, conçu par Terence Conran, avait un agencement inhabituel. Le rez-de-chaussée était utilisé comme bar et espace d'accueil. Le restaurant était situé au sous-sol, tandis qu'il y avait un mezzanine pour des repas en "al fresco". Le restaurant décoré dans le style californien était situé sur le terrain du Blackwood Golf Course.
