Zemst-Laar di Laar è un piccolo villaggio nella provincia belga del Brabante Fiammingo, nell'ovest del comune di Zemst. Si trova tra i villaggi di Zemst, Zemst-Bos, Humbeek e Hombeek. Il centro del villaggio di Zemst-Laar conta solo 650 abitanti, includendo le abitazioni circostanti si arriva a circa 900.
Zemst-Laar ha una propria chiesa parrocchiale, una scuola elementare comunale, una sezione Chiro, la squadra di calcio SK Laar e la fanfara reale "Willen is Kunnen". Inoltre, il villaggio dispone anche di un panificio e di un caffè. Anche il club teatrale locale e la sezione locale sia del KWB che del KVLV contribuiscono alla vita del villaggio di Laar.
