Il Castello di Eijsden è una villa con podere e si trova a sud di Eijsden, lungo il fiume Mosa. Prima che l'attuale castello fosse costruito nel 1636, esisteva già una casa fortificata chiamata Caestertburg. Il committente originale era Arnold de Lamargelle.
Il castello rimase a lungo nella sua famiglia, ma fu ereditato da un conte Van Hoensbroek e successivamente passò nelle mani di Hubert de Geloes. Eijsden è un castello particolarmente bello, edificato nello stile rinascimentale mosano.
