"In de Verzekering tegen de Grote Dorst" is het enige Cafe aan het dorpsplein van Eizeringen. Het is de plek om lambik-bieren te gaan proeven. Dit traditionele Pajots Café heeft één van de meest uitgebreide geuze- en kriekselecties in de wereld. De muren vertellen niet alleen een groot stuk brouwerijgeschiedenis uit de streek maar getuigen ook van het vroegere dorpsleven in Eizeringen. Toerisme Vlaanderen en Vlaanderen Vakantieland gingen op zoek naar de strafste Cafés in Vlaanderen en Brussel. Kurt en Yves sleepten de titel "strafste Cafébaas" in de wacht in 2009.
