De Sint-Annakerk van Oud-Heverlee heeft een toren opgetrokken in zand- en ijzerzandstenen blokken. Het kerkje staat in een ommuurd kerkhof. Het opmerkelijkste is de 11e eeuwse toren met tentdak. Het van Peteghemorgel dateert uit 1816 en is sinds 1980 beschermd. De kerk is evenals de 18e eeuwse pastorie in de Dorpsstraat sinds 1980 beschermd.
