Lendelede is een plaats en gemeente in de Belgische provincie West-Vlaanderen. De gemeente is 13,15 km² groot en telt ongeveer 5.800 inwoners. De patroonheilige van Lendelede is Sint-Blasius. Volgens de dorpelingen is de juiste uitspraak “Lendlee”.Lendelede is een oude nederzetting; volgens oude kronieken liep er van Noord naar Zuid een Romeinse heirweg door de gemeente.
