Niederglatt is een spoorwegstation in de Zwitserse kantons Zürich en de gemeente Niederglatt. Het ligt aan de Bülach-tak van de Bülach-Regensbergspoorlijn en wordt bediend door de Zürich S-Bahn lijn S9.
Niederglatt was het knooppunt voor de voormalige spoorlijn Niederglatt-Otelfingen, die ooit aansloot op station Otelfingen op de Furttallijn, maar in 1937 werd gesloten voor doorgaande treinen. De eerste 6,5 kilometer van de lijn, van Niederglatt tot het Tanklager Mettmenhasli, is behouden als een aftakking en sluit aan op de hoofdweg net ten zuiden van het station.
