De Milseburgtunnel is een spoorwegtunnel van de voormalige spoorlijn Götzenhof–Wüstensachsen nabij de berg Milseburg in het hessische deel van de Rhön. De 1173 meter lange tunnel maakt tegenwoordig deel uit van de omgevormde spoorlijn tot Milseburgradweg.
De Milseburgtunnel bevindt zich in de Landkreis Fulda en loopt onder de noordelijke helling van de Oberbernhardser Höhe, een noordelijke uitloper van de berg Milseburg, die ongeveer 1,5 kilometer ten zuiden van de tunnel oprijst. Binnen het natuurpark Hessische Rhön ligt het in het biosfeerreservaat Rhön op het hoogste punt van de vroegere Rhönspoorlijn van Fulda naar Hilders respectievelijk Tann.
