Fumette is een 100% duurzame, lokale, ambachtelijke visrokerij gevestigd in Lège-Cap Ferret.
Sinds 2020 rookt Fumette de vruchten van de lokale visvangst en biedt elke zomer proeverijen op het terras. Planken gerookte vis en andere huisgemaakte gejodeerde suggesties (verse forel rillettes, tarama, enz.) kunnen worden genoten als aperitief op het terras, vergezeld van een selectie van natuurlijke wijn en lokaal bier.
