De Colle d'Ambin is een bergpas in de Cozia Alpen gelegen aan de Italiaans-Franse grens. Het bevindt zich in de Cozia Alpen op de waterscheiding tussen de Val di Susa en de hoge Maurienne.
Het overstappunt is een duidelijk gedefinieerde laagte tussen de toppen van de Monte Ambin en de Niblè. Aan de Italiaanse kant sluit het een korte vallei af aan de rechterhydrografische kant van de Vallone di Galambra, terwijl het water dat aan de Franse zijde naar beneden stroomt, wordt verzameld in de Ruisseau d'Ambin, een linker zijrivier van de Arc. Dichtbij de pas staat de Walter Blais bivak en op een hoogte van 2.683 m, aan de Franse zijde, bevindt zich het Lago d'Ambin.
