La Plaça Winston Churchill es troba sota la mirada del Gran Titiritero , un ric patrimoni que revela el "Charles-Ville" d'antany.
Al voltant de la plaça, belles cases ofereixen una visió del patrimoni i l'arquitectura amb què es va construir la ciutat els anys 1600 i 1610. Les pedres de color ocre reflecteixen la inspiració italiana del fundador de la ciutat, Charles de Gonzague, ell mateix un príncep italià.
Al centre de la plaça hi ha un monument de guerra.
