L'Ajuntament de Termini Imerese, conegut com a "Palazzo Comunale" en italià, és el centre administratiu de la ciutat.
Forma un duo amb el Duomo al cor de l'Alt Termini. També anomenat Palau de Magistrats, l'edifici que ara acull l'Ajuntament va ser l' antiga seu del senat de la ciutat .
Va ser construït a finals del segle XVI i principis del XVII en un altiplà on antigament hi havia el fòrum romà . És un cofre del tresor increïble i a l'interior també hi havia un petit teatre on es representaven diferents tipus d'escenes.
No es pot perdre la visita a l' antiga sala del consell, l'anomenada 'Cammara Picta', que acull un preciós cicle de frescos pintats l'any 1610 pel pintor i arquitecte de tèrmites Vincenzo La Barbera, que representen episodis històrics de l'antiga Imera i Thermae Himerenses. .
