Lans er en kommune med 1129 indbyggere i distriktet Innsbruck-Land, Tirol. Kommunen ligger i retssamfundet Innsbruck. Stedet ligger otte kilometer syd for Innsbruck, ved den sydøstlige middelhøjderyg, ved foden af Patscherkofel. Lanser-søen blev dannet i istiden og forsynes af underjordiske kilder. Det er et rekreativt område for befolkningen i Innsbruck. I kommunen findes golfbanen Sperberegg og sundhedscentret Lanserhof. I udkanten af byen går middelhøjderailen forbi, som forbinder Lans med den nærliggende Igls og med Innsbruck.
