Grand Hôtel Wiesler i Graz er et hotel bygget i jugendstil i begyndelsen af det 20. århundrede. Det ligger ved den højre bred af Mur, Grieskai 4–8, i umiddelbar nærhed af seværdighederne Kunsthaus Graz, Grazer Murinsel, Grazer Schloßberg samt hovedtorvet. Sammen med hotellet "Das Weitzer" og hotellet Daniel Graz tilhører Grand Hôtel Wiesler de tre Weitzer-hoteller, der er beliggende i Graz. To yderligere Weitzer-hoteller ligger i Wien. I stueetagen af Grand Hôtel Wiesler ligger restauranten "Salon Marie", som også tilhører selskabet. Hotelejer er Florian Weitzer, som har drevet hotellerne siden 2003 i fjerde generation.
