Fully har et areal på 37,8 kvadratkilometer pr. 2011. Af dette areal bruges 30,5% til landbrugsformål, mens 27,7% er skovdækket. Af resten af jorden er 5,7% bebodd og 36,2% er uproduktivt land.
Det ligger på højre bred af floden Rhône og er velkendt for sine vine. Fully er blot det administrative navn for en gruppe af flere landsbyer i Vers-l'Eglise, Branson, Châtaignier og Randonnaz samt en række gårde.
