Lechstaustufe 23 – Merching, som siden 2003 kaldes Mandichosee, er en vandstand i Lech mellem Landsberg am Lech og Augsburg. Den anvendes til vandkraftproduktion af Uniper Kraftwerke GmbH, men også til rekreation.
Dæmningen har fået stor betydning som fritidsparadis for nærområdet i Augsburg; den er det største vandområde i Landkreis Aichach-Friedberg. Dæmningen ligger vest for kommunen Merching og øst for Königsbrunn. Dæmningen fik navnet Mandichosee i 2003 efter den bayerske fyrste Mandicho.
