Foran portene til den lille by La Sauve strækker de 60 hektar af Château des Dames de la Renardière sig. Vinmarkens alder bekræftes af eksistensen af notararkiver fra 1478. Jordens kvalitet og den traditionelle vinfremstilling sikrer en af de bedste produktioner i appellationen: Hvidvine med nervøsitet og glans samt rødvine, der er både bløde og generøse. Château des Dames de la Renardières tilbyder vingårdsbesøg og smagninger af vinene efter aftale.
