Yorkshire, formelt kendt som County of York, er et historisk amt i det nordlige England og langt det største i Det Forenede Kongerige. På grund af sit store område i forhold til andre engelske amter, er funktioner blevet overtaget over tid af dets underopdelinger, som også har været genstand for periodisk reform. Gennem disse ændringer er Yorkshire fortsat blevet anerkendt som et geografisk territorium og kulturelt område.
